TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
The general terms and conditions of the RockingRide online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
RockingRide is an online store operated by Boxed d.o.o., Trg komandanta Staneta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, tax number: SI74813501, company registration number: 8854262000. The terms and conditions determine the operation of the RockingRide online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the RockingRide store, or Boxed d.o.o., and the customer or consumer.
Please read and adhere to the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By using the website, you express your agreement with the stated terms. If you do not agree with the terms, we kindly ask that you do NOT use the aforementioned online store.
PRICES
- All prices include VAT and are stated in EUR.
- Prices are valid at the time of order submission and do not have pre-defined validity.
- Prices are valid when payment is made using the payment methods and under the conditions specified in this document or in the general terms and conditions of business.
PURCHASE PROCESS
The customer selects the items they wish to purchase and adds them to the shopping cart. At the online checkout, they fill in all the necessary information and submit the order. The order is placed in a queue. The provider will review and confirm or reject the order within a maximum of 48 hours. During holidays and weekends, the confirmation or rejection period is extended by the duration of non-working days. In the event that the price changes during the order processing, the provider commits to offering the customer the lower price.
The purchase contract between the RockingRide store and the customer is concluded in the RockingRide online store at the moment the RockingRide website sends the customer the first email regarding the status of their order (with the subject: order receipt confirmation). From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller RockingRide and the buyer. The buyer or consumer is considered to be the person whose details are provided at the time of order submission. Later changes to the buyer's information are not possible.
All company information must be entered at the time of ordering. After the purchase is completed, it is not possible to obtain a tax refund.
PAYMENT METHODS
The RockingRide website offers the following payment methods:
Payment by Proforma Invoice
You will receive the proforma invoice via email. The payment deadline is 5 days. After the deadline expires, the provider no longer guarantees the reservation of the products.

Payment via PayPal or payment with credit cards through the PayPal online system, which enables secure credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express). The customer does not need to create a PayPal account to use credit cards. The PayPal payment system is considered one of the most secure payment systems in the world.
Payment with credit cards
This is processed through the Stripe payment system.
Credit card data is not stored on the company's server, ensuring 100% security. Stripe ensures maximum transaction security. Credit card authorizations are carried out in real-time with immediate verification of data by the banks. Payments can be made with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, and Maestro (if the payer's Maestro card allows it).

DELIVERY TIME
At Boxed d.o.o., we strive for the fastest possible delivery of the ordered goods, usually within 1 to 5 working days after order confirmation (unless otherwise stated for the product). The mentioned delivery time applies to products with the status "In Stock". If the product has the status "Out of Stock", the delivery time can be inquired personally via email at info@rockingride.com.
After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation email, which includes a list of the ordered items, the total price, and the recipient's address.
DELIVERY
We provide delivery in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije, Intereuropa, GLS parcel service, and DPD. The RockingRide online store reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will fulfill the order more efficiently. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 days after order confirmation. During holidays and weekends, the delivery time is extended by the duration of non-working days. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at registration or order. If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, the package will await collection at the nearest post office, or the delivery service will contact the customer to arrange a suitable time for delivery. The RockingRide online store is not liable for any damage caused by longer delivery times or failure to deliver items that are not in stock in its warehouse.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are charged according to the price list of the selected delivery service.
CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The option to withdraw from the purchase is intended to allow the consumer to check whether the product suits them or not, and if their expectations were different, they can always withdraw from the purchase. Therefore, if the consumer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they can return it without having to state the reason for their decision. The consumer has the right to inform the seller within 30 days from the purchase or receipt of the product that they are withdrawing from the contract. The period begins 1 day after the date of receipt of the items.
RETURN OF GOODS
1. Send us an email at info@rockingride.com, with the subject "Return [order number]".
2. Complete the return document and include it in the package. You can find the document here: return form
3. Properly wrap and pack the product so that it is ready for pickup by our delivery service (at your expense), or arrange for delivery to our warehouse yourself.
4. The product must be adequately protected, and you are responsible for any damage during transport.
5. Once the product is in our warehouse, we will check its condition and process the refund.
The consumer must notify the seller of the withdrawal from the sales contract (as proven by a valid invoice) via the seller's email address at info@rockingride.com. The return of the received items within the withdrawal period also counts as notification of withdrawal. When returning items, the package must include the Return Form, which is available on our website or will be sent to you by the seller via email upon receipt of the withdrawal notification.
It is considered that the consumer has submitted the withdrawal declaration on time if they send it within the period specified for withdrawal.
If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, they must return the goods immediately or no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal to the address Boxed d.o.o., Trg komandanta Staneta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is considered that the consumer has returned the goods on time if they send them before the 30-day return period expires.
The consumer must return the product to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product was destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer is not entitled to unrestricted use of the items before withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent necessary to determine their actual condition. Any testing of the product beyond this is considered use, meaning the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the items or postage, which is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment/package/cargo.
The seller will refund the purchase price to the buyer's bank account (TRR) no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. The return of the received goods to the seller within the withdrawal period is also considered notice of withdrawal.
In the case of withdrawal from a contract where a discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered a discount and are not refunded to the user.
We aim for the withdrawal process to run smoothly, so we kindly ask that you handle the package with care when purchasing remotely. Please follow the instructions below:
- Carefully open the packaging and do not immediately discard it; keep it until you are sure the product you selected is appropriate.
- Careless removal of packaging from products can damage them, so be cautious.
- Before the first use of the product, consult the instructions on how to use or handle it, as improper use can damage the product.
- Visible signs of use (scratches, dirt, stains, hair) are not eligible for withdrawal from the contract.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- For goods made according to the precise instructions of the consumer and which have been customized to their personal needs.
- For goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return.
- For goods that are perishable or that expire quickly.
ORDER CANCELLATION
An order placed by the consumer on the website can be canceled without additional costs until the consumer receives an email notifying them that the order has already been shipped. The cancellation can be made via email at info@rockingride.com.
WARRANTY
Boxed d.o.o. guarantees to the customer that the product will be free from material, manufacturing, or functional defects for the period specified below from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product.
For products not manufactured by Boxed d.o.o. under the RockingRide brand, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Boxed d.o.o. guarantees material, manufacturing, and functional defects of these products for the specific period of each individual product from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, as long as they remain the owner of the product. The warranty is not transferable.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The warranty does not apply in cases of negligent or improper use, modifications, improper storage, or inappropriate handling of the product. Specific issues that customers have with Boxed d.o.o. products will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
- The warranty against bending does not apply in cases of negligent or improper use, modifications, improper storage, or inappropriate handling of the product. Specific issues that customers have with Boxed d.o.o. products will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
- The warranty does not apply to used goods. Specific issues that customers have with used products from Boxed d.o.o. will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

WARRANTY CLAIM
In the event that the customer receives a damaged product, an incomplete shipment, or the wrong product, they must notify Boxed d.o.o. within 15 days of receiving the product. The customer can submit a warranty claim via email to info@rockingride.com.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
he data provided by the customer is strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 59/1999, 57/2001, 59/2001-correction) and the Consumer Protection Act – ZVPot-UPB1 (official consolidated text – Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/03).
By using the online forms on the RockingRide website, the customer provides their personal data, which the website operator collects and processes, collecting and processing only the personal data necessary for the quality and smooth performance of electronic transactions: name, surname, address, email address, delivery address, phone number, and details about the time and subject of purchase.
The user and the operator of the RockingRide website agree that the data accessed through electronic services is considered business secrets and will therefore be appropriately protected and not disclosed to third parties without proper legal basis. The operator will provide the user's address data to the delivery service solely for the purpose of delivery.
The website operator undertakes to responsibly and professionally perform electronic services in accordance with information security principles and standards.
MATERIAL DEFECTS
The seller must deliver the goods to the consumer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material defects.
When is a material defect present?
- When the item lacks the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for commercial purposes,
- When the item lacks the characteristics necessary for the special use for which the buyer is purchasing it, which was known or should have been known to the seller,
- When the item does not have the characteristics and features that were expressly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed,
- When the seller delivers an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for information purposes only.
The suitability of the item is checked by comparing it with other goods of the same kind and with the seller's statements or the indications on the item itself. The buyer must notify the seller of any material defect at their own expense within the legally specified period, providing a detailed description of the defect and allowing the seller to inspect the item.
The seller is not liable for material defects that become apparent after two years from the time the item was delivered. It is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery.
A consumer who has correctly notified the seller of a defect is entitled to request the following from the seller:
- To repair the defect in the goods or return a portion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, or
- To replace the defective goods with new, flawless goods, or
- To return the amount paid.
The right to claim material defects on an item is governed in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
However, data processing may sometimes cause an error or discrepancy, which is then displayed on the website. Therefore, Boxed d.o.o. does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the accuracy of the information and content on the RockingRide website. The company also does not take responsibility for slight discrepancies in image resolution, which may depend on screen resolutions. If a website visitor believes that certain information on the website is incorrect, we kindly ask them to notify us at info@rockingride.com. If it is found that the displayed information on the website was indeed incorrect, Boxed d.o.o. will allow the customer to withdraw from the contract or exchange the item. We sincerely apologize in advance for any potential errors.
Boxed d.o.o. is not responsible for occasional website downtime and is also not responsible for the content of product reviews written by website visitors. Boxed d.o.o. reserves the right to reject a review if it contains obvious falsehoods, offensive language, or inappropriate content.
GENERAL TERMS FOR ROCKINGRIDE PROMOTIONAL CODES
RockingRide promotional codes/coupons can only be redeemed on new RockingRide products. Promotional codes do not apply to products that are already discounted. A customer can use only one promotional code per order; multiple promotional codes cannot be used at the same time. This applies to all RockingRide promotional codes, unless different terms of use are specified for a specific promotional code.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Boxed d.o.o. complies with the applicable consumer protection laws and strives to fulfill its obligation to provide an effective complaint handling system. In case of problems, the customer can contact Boxed d.o.o. via email at info@rockingride.com. The complaint handling process is confidential.
Boxed d.o.o. makes every effort to resolve potential disputes amicably. The company endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved at the competent court in Koper.
