30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your RockingRide purchase, you can return it without providing a reason. We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), but return shipping costs will be charged to you.

If you notice any missing items or damage to the goods upon receipt of your order, please notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt.

How to return a product?

  1. Send us an email at info@rockingride.com with the subject "Return [order number]."
  2. Complete the return form and include it with your shipment. You can find the return form here: Return Form for Product
  3. Properly wrap and package the product and send it to our address.
  4. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

The consumer must return the product to the seller in an undamaged and unaltered condition, except if the product is damaged, defective, lost, or its quantity has decreased without fault of the consumer. The consumer must not use the product unrestrictedly until the contract is canceled. The consumer may inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to determine its actual condition. Testing the product beyond this scope is considered use of the product, which means that the consumer loses the right to cancel the contract.

The only cost to the consumer in relation to the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the product (which is charged according to the delivery service’s price list and depends on whether it is a shipment, package, or freight).

The consumer does not have the right to cancel the contract for products made to the consumer's specifications, tailored to their personal needs, which by their nature are not suitable for return, are perishable, or have passed their expiration date.

In cases where a discount or promotional code has been used, this amount will be considered a discount and will not be refunded to the user.
