RockingRide is currently available exclusively in our online store. Visit our website at Rockingride.com to make a purchase and find more information about the product.

Orders cannot be canceled after submission as we begin processing them immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, please contact us, and we will arrange the return of the item in accordance with our return policy.

Our goal is to deliver your order within 1-5 business days within Europe. Please note that delays may occur due to warehouse or carrier backlogs. For accurate delivery information, please visit our Order Status page.

Yes, you can place an order as a gift for someone else. Simply enter the recipient's address in the delivery field at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@rockingride.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The tax is already included in the price, but customs duties depend on the regulations of each country. Please check your local customs regulations regarding any duties you may need to pay upon delivery.

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at Info@rockingride.com and include photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

If you are not home when the delivery arrives, the carrier will typically leave a notice of attempted delivery along with instructions for pickup or rescheduling the delivery.

We currently offer delivery across Europe.

No, shipping costs are charged for orders. You can check the delivery fees during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the Order status page.

If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, first check the tracking number you received via email to determine the current location of the package. If the tracking number shows no updates or you do not have access to tracking information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rockingride.com. We will be happy to assist you in checking the status of your order and arranging the delivery.

We use various carriers depending on the delivery location. Common carriers we work with include GLS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local carriers based on the destination. The specific carrier for your order will be determined at checkout.

In the event of an incomplete delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@rockingride.com. Include details about the missing items and your order so we can promptly arrange for the missing elements or refund the corresponding value. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything to resolve the situation.

RETURNS/DEFECTS

To reset the device, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until the lights below the button turn off. Then press the ON/OFF button again for 3 seconds to turn the device back on. If the issue persists, please email us at info@rockingride.com. In your email, include the following information:

  • A description of the issue you're facing.
  • A video and/or photo showing the problem (if possible).
  • Information about the purchase date of the product.

Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Yes, your purchase is covered by our 12-month warranty. If any issues arise with the product during this period, we offer free repair or replacement. You can read more on our Warranty page.

PRODUCT DETAILS

RockingRide is a wonderful and practical device for rocking a baby stroller, but it may not work for every baby. Does your baby enjoy being in the stroller or crib and being rocked? If so, it is likely that it will work wonders!

For proper use of RockingRide, we recommend reading the detailed user manual available on our website. There, you'll find helpful tips and guidelines for safe and effective use of the product. You can find the user manual here.

When RockingRide is not in use, remove it from the stroller and store it in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. For long-term storage, charge the device at least twice a year to prevent battery degradation due to self-discharge. Keep the device in an environment where the temperature is between +10°C and +30°C. Clean the product only with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water. Avoid using soap or chemical agents on the cloth.

Despite the additional costs, we chose to use a Li-Po battery in RockingRide because these batteries are safer, have a longer lifespan, and contain fewer active substances. Due to these characteristics, Li-Po batteries are widely used in most electronic devices. When selling a product that operates in close proximity to a baby, the child's safety is our top priority.

No. RockingRide is designed to mimic the movement of parents rocking the stroller, and it will not void the warranty on your stroller.
